At REAL Watersports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new, unused equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear at our Watermen's Retreat warehouse, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange gear within 3-5 business days.
